Privacy and data protection

Account and event information is stored to provide the service. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes, and private management areas require an authenticated session and the correct role.

Event websites may store guest details, RSVP responses, photos, videos, and captions. Couples control publication and can rotate private guest or photographer links to revoke older access.

A next-day message is queued only when a guest gives explicit consent. No message is sent until a verified delivery provider is connected. Payments also remain disabled until the terminal and approved prices are configured.

Retention periods, export, deletion, and a verified privacy request channel will be published before full commercial activation.
